Sharing Analytics (Read-Only Link)

You can generate a read-only Analytics link to share performance metrics with teammates, customers, or stakeholders.

The shared view is intentionally limited:

• Read-only analytics content only
• No access to the rest of your dashboard

Create a Share Link

From the Analytics area, create a share token/link and send the generated URL to your recipient.

What the Recipient Sees

Recipients can view the analytics dashboard in a simplified, read-only layout.

The link is token-based, so you can share without creating a user account for the recipient.

Token Usage Tracking

Each time the shared link is used to load analytics data, usage is tracked. This helps you understand whether a link is actively being accessed.

Revoking Access

If you revoke a share token, the shared link stops working.

Instead of a confusing error page, recipients see a clear message that access was revoked or expired, and they’re instructed to contact the status page owner.
